Chef Misha has always had a passion for cooking. As a resident of the North Shore of Massachusetts for the last thirty years, he was brought up around delicious Mediterranean and Eastern European food and culture. This is where he undoubtedly picked up his affinity for a range of cuisines.
Today, with over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Misha’s passion for creative, flavorful dishes are a staple of his kitchen. His inspiration stems from classic global dishes with a unique and modern twist, to create food that not only looks beautiful, but tastes great.
